Note: The seeps outlined in this kb article are intended to assist with recovery of email account passwords.  The CLIENT ACCOUNT password in mentioned in step 2 is NOT the same as the EMAIL ACCOUNT password which this article is intended to assist with.



To recover A client login account password, click the   ‘‘Forget Password?’’   link and enter the email address that normally receives correspondence from Analog Digital Services.

Steps :

1.    From your web browser, navigate to https://analogdigital.com.au



2.    Enter your client account (billing) email address and password.



3.    In the Client Account area home page, click the services grid-box.



4.    Follow the  “ Active “  link on the row which contains the email domain name


5.    Select  “ Email Accounts ”  from the Quick Shortcuts grid-box




6.    A new tab listing each email account.

Select your email account and then click the  “ Password and Authentication ” button.
Enter your new password and press the “ Change Password ” button to finish updating your email password.




Each of your email applications will prompt you for new credentials when next run.
